HEAT SEAL EMBLEM FILM INTRUCTIONS: |

So you want to make a patch you can iron on using your embroidery machine Ok, its easy when you have the RIGHT STUFF: |
FIRST STEP: Create your Patch using your Machine |
CUT your patch out of the fabric, being careful not to cut any stitches |
REMOVE all of the Tear away from the back of the patch, as best as you can |
CUT A piece of the Heat film to cover your patch |
PRE-HEAT you iron to 350 degrees. Or very hot setting. Turn your patch upside down, so the bottom (or wrong side of patch is up) Lay the Heat seal on the patch FILM side DOWN, Paper side up PLACE your IRON on the paper side and PRESS DOWN for 20 seconds. You are melting the film to the back of the patch. |
REMOVE the Paper and TRIM the excess film |
PLACE the Patch onto your shirt, Press the HOT iron onto the fabric for 15-20 seconds applying even steady pressure |
ALLOW it to cool completely, Your patch will be attached completely to the shirt |
Your Finished Product, No Stitches on the inside of the shirt |
