Directions for using the HEAT SEAL FILM:

Clean the tear away from your patch.  Cut your patch out of the fabric

Cut a piece of film to fit your embroidery patch

Iron the film to the patch, film side on the patch. Iron on the paper side: 350 degrees 15 seconds

Remove the release paper. Trim the excess film from the patch

Iron the Patch to your garment: 350 degrees 15-20 seconds

(You can also use a heat press set at 350 degrees for 15 seconds)
